• Renting out a property? All gas appliances in a property, are required by law to have a gas safety check carried out on an annual basis, to obtain a landlord’s certificate. Please contact me for a free quotation.

At an initial meeting, the customer’s requirements are discussed and agreed and the consultation continues whilst the work is being undertaken, allowing for changes to be made, wherever possible. Working in this manner, ensures you, the customer, is always happy with the service provided.
